How information is used

Information is used to provide proof workflows, send notifications, process subscriptions, secure accounts, prevent abuse, support customers, and maintain audit records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with hosting, email, payment, security, and other service providers only as needed to operate Proof Approve.

Retention

Proof data retention depends on the subscriber’s plan and may also be retained as required for security, billing, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
